How do I return an Item(s)?

Simply send the JP Pyjamas back to our address:

Include in the parcel the completed return form.  Goods  must be returned within 4 weeks of order date and must not have been worn or washed.  We will credit your original method of payment.  We would love to know why you have decided to return the JP’s.  This can be filled out on the return form.

How can I exchange a product(s)?

Simply send the JP’s Exchange form back to our address:

We will send you the exchange. You will need to put a $11.00 for postage and handling, money order, personal cheque or credit card details so we can send you the exchanged JP’s.
